When I attempt to run my Autocad, the opening splash comes up, I see the workspace and menu bar. Before I can attempt to do anything the app simply shuts down. No errors, no dialogs. If I exclude the aclt.exe from skinning it does not resolve the problem. If I unload windowblinds all is well.

I searched the forums and only found 2 posts concerning autocad, neither apply to my situation. Any help would be appreciated. I can not run wb if I must unload frequently.

Try holdign down the [Ctrl] key as you launch it.  Also, are tehre any other executable files that are being called?  You know Launcher.exe actually starts application.exe after doing some check.

I have excluded AutoCAD 2006,2007 & 2008 from skinnning at all via the Windowblinds properties dialog. Prior to v2006 I never had any problems.

I too have excluded Autocad 2008 from being skinned at all. I only have the acad.exe excluded.
